As soon as the payment provider confirms the payment to us, which normally takes a few seconds. If your order shows Awaiting payment, use Check payment status on the order page.

Each course is priced in one currency, shown on the course page and at checkout. You are charged exactly that amount in that currency; we do not convert prices.

You can request a refund within 14 days of paying, from the order page under Purchases. Requests are reviewed by our team. If a refund is approved, your access to the course ends.

No. Payment happens on the payment provider's own secure page. We only receive confirmation of the result.

Complete every lesson in the course, pass its quizzes and submit its assignments. You can then claim the certificate from the course or from Certificates in your account.

No. It is a certificate of completion for a course on this platform, not an accredited academic or professional qualification.

Every certificate has a unique ID. Anyone can enter it on the Verify a certificate page to confirm it is genuine.

Anyone can apply. Applications are reviewed by our team, and approved instructors can create courses in the instructor studio.

Yes. Each course is checked by our team before it is published.

The platform keeps a commission of 20% of each sale. Earnings appear in your instructor balance once the refund period has passed, and payouts are arranged with you by our team. See the instructor terms for details.
