This page is a plain-language starting template that describes how the platform currently works. It is not legal advice and must be reviewed by a qualified lawyer and completed with the operating company's details before launch.
1. The service
NepSec Academy is an online marketplace where independent instructors publish courses and students enroll in them. These terms apply to everyone who uses the site.
2. Your account
- You must give accurate information and confirm your email address.
- You are responsible for keeping your password secret and for activity on your account.
- One person per account. Do not share access to paid courses.
3. Courses and access
- Enrolling gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to view a course for as long as it is offered on the platform.
- Course content belongs to its instructor. Do not copy, redistribute or resell it.
- Instructors are responsible for the accuracy of their courses. Courses are reviewed before publication, but we do not guarantee outcomes.
4. Payments
- Prices are shown in the course's currency and charged in that currency.
- Payments are handled by third-party payment providers. We do not store card details.
- Access is granted when the payment provider confirms the payment.
5. Refunds
Refunds are handled under the refund policy.
6. Certificates
Certificates of completion record that you finished a course here. They are not accredited qualifications. We may revoke a certificate obtained through a refunded purchase or misuse.
7. Acceptable use
- No unlawful, abusive or misleading content in reviews, submissions or messages.
- No attempts to access courses, accounts or data you are not entitled to.
- No automated scraping or downloading of course media.
8. Suspension
We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. You may delete your account at any time from Settings.
9. Changes and contact
