Getting started as a student

1. Create an account and confirm your email address using the link we send you.
2. Find a course in the catalog. Use the filters for category, level, language and price.
3. Enroll for free, or buy the course at checkout. Access starts once the payment is confirmed.
4. Open the course from My learning. The player resumes where you stopped.

Using the course player

• The course content list shows every lesson and which ones you have completed.
• Mark a video, reading or download lesson as complete with the button under the lesson. Quizzes complete when you pass; assignments complete when you submit.
• Use Notes and bookmarks to save private notes. On video lessons each note remembers the moment it was taken.
• Change the playback speed under the video. Captions appear in the player controls when the instructor has provided them.
• If a video stops loading, choose Try again. The player requests a fresh secure link and continues from the same position.

Payments

• The price and currency shown at checkout are exactly what you are charged.
• If you close the payment page early, your order stays unpaid and you are not charged. You can start again from the course page.
• Receipts are under Purchases. Refunds are requested from the order page; see the refund policy.

Certificates

When every lesson is complete, claim your certificate from the course or from Certificates. You can download it as a PDF and share its verification link.

Teaching

1. Apply to teach. Our team reviews each application.
2. Create a course in the instructor studio: add the details, build sections and lessons, and set a price.
3. Submit the course for review. If changes are needed you will get a note explaining what to fix.
4. Once approved, publish the course. Enrollments, sales and your balance appear in the studio.

Your account and data

In Settings you can change your profile, password and language, download a copy of your data, or delete your account.
